About the winery

A Córdoba house from Montalbán, founded in 1935 by Manuel del Pino Cañete to make sweet Pedro Ximénez, and today the world's largest producer of that wine. In 2016 it bought this Jerez bodega, which it uses for ageing and as a distribution centre.

The designation of origin for the fortified wines of the Marco: fino, manzanilla, amontillado, palo cortado, oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, moscatel and cream. It covers ageing under flor and the criaderas y soleras system, and only wineries registered with the Consejo Regulador may use it.
