The third and fourth generations of a family of winemakers and vinegar makers, headed by Joaquín Gómez Beser — the same man behind Meridiano Perdido. It ages its Jerez vinegars through criaderas and soleras and exports to more than twenty countries: seven of every ten bottles leave Spain.

A family firm in the centre of El Puerto that in 1992 bought a collection of old soleras and vintages of Jerez vinegar and decided to do nothing else. It has grown to four bodegas and some four and a half thousand vessels — the largest stock in the vinegar denomination.
