About the winery

A vinegar house founded in 2004, one of the younger in the Marco, combining modern fermentation with traditional ageing. It bottles Vinagre de Jerez reserva and gran reserva under the Tramontana label.

A designation of its own for vinegar aged in the same American oak butts and through the same solera system as Sherry wine. Many wineries hold it alongside the wine DO; a few produce vinegar exclusively.
