Macharnudo palette: albariza and goldThe Calle Jardinillo bodega of the González Sillero family, almacenistas ever since José González Granados began storing butts in the Almocadén pago, which gave it its name. Since 2016 it has not appeared in the Consejo’s register, and today the premises, still open, host gatherings such as the Christmas zambombas.
It was run by the third generation, Juan and José González Salguero, and its best-known wine was Paquiro fino. Another branch of the family revived the Mesas de Asta bodega in 2021 as Bodegas Ligures, which keeps old soleras of the same origin.
