About the winery

The Jerez project of Peter Sisseck — the Dane behind Dominio de Pingus — and Carlos del Río. They bought a small bodega in the Santiago quarter and with it eight hectares of vines in Balbaína and two in Macharnudo, farmed strictly organically. The house is also known as Viña Corrales and is one of the nine members of Territorio Albariza.

The designation of origin for the fortified wines of the Marco: fino, manzanilla, amontillado, palo cortado, oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, moscatel and cream. It covers ageing under flor and the criaderas y soleras system, and only wineries registered with the Consejo Regulador may use it.
