About the winery

A winery inside its own vineyard, a few metres from the castle of Macharnudo, in the heart of the Marco’s most-quoted pago. It works only estate-grown Palomino Fino, in restored 1906 buildings once known as the viña de Tabajete.

The designation of origin for the fortified wines of the Marco: fino, manzanilla, amontillado, palo cortado, oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, moscatel and cream. It covers ageing under flor and the criaderas y soleras system, and only wineries registered with the Consejo Regulador may use it.
