A vineyard and bodega on the Cañada de Cantarranas, within the Jerez municipal boundary. It makes Palomino must, Tempranillo and Graciano reds aged in barrel, and aged vinegars.

Two friends who inherited the family soleras and set up a bodega in a Calle Ceniza warehouse built over an Arab well. They bottle one butt at a time: runs of around two hundred bottles of a twelve-year-old fino and an oloroso of nearly twenty.
