The only winery left in Olvera that makes the wine from end to end, from its own vines to the bottle. The Bocanegra siblings drew from it the province’s first organic white, made with Perruno, a Sierra de Cádiz grape that had all but died out.
View wineryA natural white from the Los Terrajos vineyards in Grazalema, at 850 metres: among the highest in the province. Ángel Luis Gutiérrez has made it since 2017 from old vines of almost forgotten varieties, unfiltered, unfined and with no added sulphites, and each vintage comes to around a thousand bottles.
View wineryA small bodega on the El Canchal Alto estate, on the northern slope of the Sierra de Grazalema, set up to give Algodonales back the wine it once had. It only makes the grapes from its 2.2 hectares of limestone marl: reds from Syrah, Garnacha, Cabernet and Petit Verdot. It is not open to the public.
