A family house in Chiclana with two bodegas — one in town and one on the road out towards Algeciras — and a shop everyone calls El Sanatorio. It can be visited Monday to Saturday mornings, with a tasting and local tapas.

The Trebujena cooperative, founded in 1977 and made up of some two hundred and twenty smallholders farming seven hundred and ten hectares between Trebujena and Lebrija. It is where the grapes from the albarizas sloping down to the Guadalquivir end up, and the necessary stop for understanding the wine of the Bajo Guadalquivir.
