About the winery

A family winery founded by cousins José and Emilio Hidalgo, now in its fifth generation, housed since the early 20th century in the old Bodega Molina on Calle Clavel.

Founded in 1874, it developed intense export activity to England, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, the US and Japan from the early 20th century onward. The family owned vineyards in pagos such as La Panesa and Bonete, which give their name to its most emblematic Fino. Today it is run by cousins Juan Manuel, Emilio and Fernando Hidalgo.
