About the winery

Viña de cuatro hectáreas en el pago de Añina, a pocos minutos de Jerez, de José Manuel Bustillo, viticultor de cuarta generación. Elabora espumosos desde 2013: los Don Bustiñón, de método tradicional y ancestral, y el pét-nat rosado Albaricielo. Ha dejado parte del viñedo fuera de la DO, como vino de mesa.

ARFE are the initials of Luis Arroyo Felices, who left the technical directorship of the Garvey group to take early retirement and make a single wine. He bought a bodega that had belonged to Cabeza y Zarco, the oldest firm in Jerez, and that keeps its original Tarifa flagstone floor, the only one left in the city. In 2015 the first six thousand bottles of his palo cortado De la Cruz 1767 came out, aged in two hundred and sixteen butts.
