A country bodega between El Puerto and Jerez, on the albariza of Balbaína, making still wine, traditional-method sparkling from Marco grapes and a range of fortified wines now under way. It treats the vineyard with ozone and is converting to organic. The whole visit takes place among the vines.

Set up in 2017 by Antonio José Bustillo Pérez, oenologist and doctor of organic chemistry from the University of Cádiz, on his maternal grandfather's vineyard, which the women of the family inherited. Hence the name: Xera, what the Phoenicians called Jerez, and Antheia, the Greek goddess of vegetation and flowers. It makes wines and vermouth.

The Trebujena cooperative, founded in 1977 and made up of some two hundred and twenty smallholders farming seven hundred and ten hectares between Trebujena and Lebrija. It is where the grapes from the albarizas sloping down to the Guadalquivir end up, and the necessary stop for understanding the wine of the Bajo Guadalquivir.
