Macharnudo palette: albariza and goldThe house that took Jerez vinegar out of the winemakers' own kitchens and put it on the market. It began as a small solera kept by Francisco Páez in 1910, and his son Antonio turned it into a bodega in 1945, the first to age and sell Vinagre de Jerez Reserva and Gran Reserva. Since the eighties it also makes still wine: the white Tierra Blanca and Viña Lucía, the area's first bottled oak-aged red.
